Bailey Law Group wins multi-million dollar judgment in an employment breach of contract case before a jury in the Eastern District of Virginia
Bailey Law Group represented an executive who was lured to a start-up company by a contract that included explicit salary, benefits and performance-based bonuses. While his work performance was excellent, the company refused to honor the contract and the executive was forced to file a breach of contract lawsuit in federal court.
