In Cheshire, Ohio, emissions at one of the largest power plants in the country were sickening residents, causing coughs, sore throats, lip burn and blisters, tearing and shortness of breath.  Bailey Law Group and two of its affiliates represented the residents of Cheshire and negotiated an impressive settlement that provided the residents with three times the value of their properties thereby giving the families the opportunity to move to a safer and cleaner location.  This historical settlement is the first and only one of its kind where a large utility company purchased an entire town.
