Bailey Law Group resolves case on behalf of HMSHost in a multi-million dollar 9/11 business interruption lawsuit
HMSHost Corporation, the nation’s leading food and beverage concessionaire in airports nationwide, filed a multi-million dollar business interruption claim with Zurich American Insurance Company for losses it sustained as a result of airport closures on September 11, 2001. Zurich denied the claim and this lawsuit ensued. The case was ultimately settled and resulted in a significant settlement in favor of HMSHost.
